Cancellation Policy

We feel sad to see you cancel an order, however, if you must cancel an order for any reason, here’s how to go about it.

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ and delivery within India):

The order or the items (s) has to be canceled before the 10th of the month, you can write to our customer support team at support@mysva.co.in.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment :

Unless the product reaches you, we have limited control over it, hence we are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders.

How will I get a refund for the canceled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund request within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request and the product reaching back to us.

The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made (payments are done through credit/debit cards or net banking). It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect (excluding any bank holiday or public holidays) in your account.

What if I used a discount voucher or loyalty points during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

We strongly urge you not to cancel orders made with Discount vouchers as they are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

We fully respect it if you are not happy with a product or changed your mind and want to return it, however avoiding the following circumstances will enable us to process your refund without any obstacles.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

We know it’s sad but Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item ordered and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
